The n8n workflow behind it

A technician sends a WhatsApp when a job is done. The workflow finds them by phone, loads their jobs and the chat so far, and asks Claude what happened. A few fixed rules double-check the obvious cases, then it writes the notes, job updates, tasks and photos into the field-service system and saves the conversation. The dispatch demo on this page is a smaller version of the same idea.

n8n receives the message and Claude classifies the intent and extracts the data: tonnage, trips, equipment, reason.

3. Updated and shown live

The operation changes status in the database and appears here instantly.
